Happy Halloween Everyone! I can not believe the month of October is at it's end. WOW! Our Trick Or Treat was last night. Works out well because the Steeler game is on tonight! My husband and I are taking Danny this afternoon to a viewing of the original Frankenstein with Boris Karloff. I hope Danny can handle it. He didn't do well when I was playing scary Halloween music for him earlier in the week.
I Zombiefied Danny yesterday. I think he turned out quite well. He received lots of compliments. The rotting flesh looked better as the evening went on. Danny begged for his costume next year to be a mask. I just don't like masks, I prefer making his costumes. Just add it to my "to do" list every year.
November will be a busy, busy month for me. I have a scrapbook to make, my goal is to have it made within 3 weeks. I'm doing it as a favor for my friend. She is giving it to her mom for her 75th b-day. Last week Kathy and I sorted through all of the pics and put them in order. I have my work cut out for me.
November is also my daughter's bridal shower, she is getting married in December. I was able to make and mail out the invitations earlier in the week. I also have cookies to bake for the wedding, btw cookie suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've never made Lady Locks, are they hard to make? Recipes please? Kelly's shower is the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so at least I will have all day Friday to prepare. Oh, and I still don't have a dress yet.
I did notice and made a mental note to myself, do not take pics when my hair is pulled back in a ponytail, makes me look old, alot older than what I am and apply a little more makeup.
Well time is a tickin' and I have scrapbookin' to do. I won't be able to participate in any challenges for a month or so and the thought of that is killing me. Life does get in the way sometimes.
As always, thanks for stopping by and have a great night!
GO STEELERS!!!
